The Schenkar Construction Experience

For more than two decades, Schenkar Construction has earned a reputation for delivering luxury custom homes defined by precision, artistry, and lasting value. From our base in Seattle to projects across the United States, we bring the resources, expertise, and vision to transform ideas into extraordinary living spaces.

The Schenkar Construction Approach

Building a custom home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we’ve developed a clear, step-by-step process designed to give you confidence from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.

Step 1: Consultation & Vision

We begin by listening to your goals, lifestyle needs, and design preferences. This early collaboration helps us shape a clear vision for your home and anticipate the unique opportunities and challenges of your site.

Step 2: Design & Engineering

Our in-house team creates tailored floor plans, detailed renderings, and engineering solutions to bring your vision to life. Keeping the work in-house ensures design accuracy, cost efficiency, and seamless communication throughout the process.

Step 3: Site Preparation & Foundations

Once designs are approved, we prepare the site with excavation, grading, and foundation work. Whether it’s a steep slope, waterfront lot, or urban property, our team is experienced in building on all terrains with structural integrity in mind.

Step 4: Structural Build

From framing and steel erection to concrete pours and load-bearing systems, we construct the structural backbone of your home. This stage combines engineering precision with Schenkar’s signature craftsmanship to ensure strength and longevity.

Step 5: Interior & Exterior Finishes

With the structure complete, our craftsmen focus on every detail that makes your home uniquely yours. From custom cabinetry and luxury finishes to sustainable systems and architectural design elements, we ensure your home reflects both function and beauty.

Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Handover

Before move-in, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough together, confirming that every element meets our high standards — and yours. After final refinements, we hand over the keys to a custom home designed to inspire for generations.

Celebrated Designs That Make Headlines

Schenkar Construction has been showcased in leading publications for our innovation, artistry, and uncompromising craftsmanship. From Architectural Digest to DIGS and design platforms around the world, our homes capture attention for their beauty, precision, and timeless appeal. Each feature is a reflection of the trust our clients place in us — and the standard of excellence we bring to every project.
